Please note growing produce will incur additional expenses and LG will not bear any cost towards this effort or any type of maintenance. It will be the responsibility of customers to grow the produce and maintain the crops.
 
An example for a 2.5 acre lot would be to grow one acre of grapes in which half acre will be allocated to grow white and another half acre will be for black grapes. Further you can utilize half acre to grow some seedless fruits (grapes), other exotic fruits and vegetables. The cost to grow grapes per acre would be Rs. 20,000 approximately as a one time investment.

 

Napa valley farm project is easily accessible by Major highway and Railway stations.  

 

Existing LG Developers customers who own a plot can immediately contact for further information and availability to book your farmland. Initial arrangements would be to pay the cost of the plot and obtain the sale deed followed by registration of the plot.
 
Since the farmland registration process requires many formalities, registering individual plots may increase the cost and could be cumbersome. Hence it is recommended that a group of ten or more persons will be registered together in one attempt.
 
Priority will be given to LG Customers because they are aware of LG Developers vision and future direction.
